Jake is the Director of Marketing at Trophy Properties and Auction and a licensed real estate agent specializing as a Land Legacy Advisor. He partners with estate planners and financial advisors to help families navigate land ownership, inheritance, and generational transitions.

With a background in media production and nearly a decade in the film industry, Jake brings a creative edge to real estate marketing — ensuring every property is showcased to its fullest potential. He serves on the board of the Estate Planning Council of St. Louis and remains deeply connected to the outdoors and his community in St. Louis.

Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, in a family that loved to duck hunt, Libby developed a passion for the outdoors early in life. After four years with a commercial real estate services firm, she decided that the move to Trophy Properties and Auction was the right fit for her skill set and lifestyle.

Detail-oriented, creative, and multifaceted, Libby brings strong multi-tasking ability, excellent organization, problem-solving, and a commitment to high-quality customer service. She graduated from the University of Tulsa with a BA in Elementary Education and Psychology and is an advanced professional communicator and writer.

Erika is the Marketing Specialist at Trophy Properties and Auction and a proud Missouri native. She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she focused on design, marketing, and psychology.

Her work gives sellers confidence that their property is presented with care — and equips agents with the marketing support they need to succeed in the competitive Midwest land market.

Jordan is the Marketing Coordinator at Trophy Properties and Auctions. He grew up in rural Illinois before moving to Missouri to attend Lindenwood University, where he pursued his MBA.

At Trophy, he manages and schedules social media content to grow engagement for both the company and its agents. He also helps develop content strategies, highlights listings, and works to strengthen the online presence of the brand across multiple platforms.

Beth was born in St. Charles, Illinois, and grew up in Southern Illinois, where she raised her daughter, Christine. After earning an associate's degree from Shawnee Community College, she built a 25-year career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, serving in several roles before retiring in 2014 from the Federal Maximum Security Prison in Marion, Illinois.

She later worked part-time at a law firm before joining Trophy Properties and Auction. After a few years in Florida, Beth returned to St. Louis to be closer to family and now resides in Valley Park, where she enjoys gardening, spending time with loved ones, and visiting her daughter in Missoula, Montana.
